the challenge over the years has been how do we focus on what we do best, which is not management or finance, which we have no experience in, but hosting and building out a network that reflects our vision for what we're trying to do here without getting bogged down in the parts that we're not good at. And that's hard, right? And so as you get bigger, we just rely on having really great people take that on. And it's hard to find really great people, but we've been lucky. And you just learn as you get bigger what you need to step out of so that you don't get sucked into meetings and decisions that you really don't bring anything to other than the fact that you were here first. So that's always hard.
