I had been trained educated in how to design corporations to maximize profits, which, you know, we grew up believing that is the key to prosperity for everyone. But I kind of took it the next step ultimately and figured out how that very drive and that very design, institutional design, was leading to the destruction of the world, our environment, our social fabric, and as well the economy.

How it works
Keep the meaning when you shorten the conversation
Import your interview, choose Basic Clipper or Clipper Pro, and review the selected moments. Both use speech to select clips. Pro adds visual scene analysis to refine the cut within the selected speech boundaries.
Keep the question when it matters
An answer like ‘Absolutely’ needs its question. An answer that begins with a clear statement may work by itself. Watch each opening as a first-time viewer and keep the context that makes the response understandable.
Give the answer its ending
A strong clip delivers what its opening promises. Keep the conclusion, qualification or punchline, even when it arrives after a pause. A shorter duration is useful only when the meaning survives.
Frame the exchange
Choose a vertical crop for a single speaker or a wider composition when reactions matter. Check every change of camera and keep names and captions readable on a phone.
Before you make your first clips
Can I clip an interview with several speakers?
Yes. Clear, separated voices are a better starting point than heavy overlap. Review speaker changes and the final framing, especially when a wide shot contains several people.
Does a camera cut decide where the clip ends?
Speech provides the selected boundaries. Clipper Pro can refine the nearby visual cut while preserving the selected words; a camera change alone does not make an answer complete.
Can I use a YouTube interview?
Import a supported public link or upload the source file. Use a recording you own or have permission to repurpose.
